active player makes recovery sprint run to defend middle goal.
4. Active player sprints to Goal C and recieves ball from Server C,
to cushion head into small goal C.
5. Server B attempts to score in middle goal,
active player makes recovery sprint run to defend middle goal.
Repeat process and then players then rotate.
