Function
this drill will help enhance you players ability with the ball and off the ball while challenging their fitness level. This can be run for individual players or groups. Please adjust reps and sets according to the players fitness and technical ability.

Foot work to finishing to SAQ (20 mins)
Technical Fitness Circuit Trainer
Each pair of yellow cones that separate each alphabetical drill must be excecuted with a skill move of your choice
Start at A with the ball
A-Dribble through poles using different variations of foot work
B- Dribble zig zag through the cones using moves that help cut and change directions- must change pace higher after cutting around one cone get to the next one as quickly and controllably as possible
C- Dribble through tight spaced cones focusing on rhythm of feet while using different variations of footwork to get through- try to change foot work after each lap
D- once done with previous cones pass the ball 2 times while using internal or external first touch
E- after 2nd pass on D take a strong touch towards the trio yellow cones, execute a skill move around them with pace and finish with a shot.
F- after finishing jog slowly to F, there you will perform single leg hop over the hurdle with a skater hop to transition to the next hurdle on the opposite side
G- after hurdles jog slowly to the ladder and focus on quickness of the feet while using different variations of footwork, make sure you switch it up every round to the footwork of your choice
FINAL- after ladder immediately sprint past and in between the 2 orange cones and then jog slowly behind the goal back to starting position behind A.
