2. Running Drill

  • 4 Pitch lengths (30 seconds per pitch length) rest 1 minute
  • 3 Pitch lengths (30 seconds per pitch length) rest 45 seconds
  • 2 Pitch length (45 seconds) rest 30 seconds
  • 1 Pitch length (25 seconds)
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Repeat two more times

Lay out color jerseys and assign players to color as they arrive.

Play this until 6:10.

Passing Activation (15 mins)

Passing Activation

  • Player 1 passes to player 2
  • Player 1 moves to middle
  • Player 2 passes to Player 3
  • Player 2 moves to where they received the pass
  • Player 3 passes to player 1 who is now in the middle
  • Player 1 passes to player 4
  • Etc.

Time rotation for 3 minutes

Rotate players between different groups.

May need to adjust middle from square to different shape in order to accommodate odd number of players.
