Focus of this session is on pressing high up the field. Looking for the players to press as a team and not individually. Trying to cause the team in possession to cause the players to make mistakes under pressure.

- Dictate the opponents pass
- Press Together
- Don't get split

Adjust to 10v8 and make wider for numbers
Red looks to connect 5 passes and then play into their target players for a 3v2
Blue presses in 18 with 3 players, if ball is won they look to score

Points:
- 3 Points for winning in attacking 1/3 and scoring
- 2 Points for winning in the middle 1/3 and scoring
- 1 point everything else

Adjust numbers to 4v4, 6v6,7v7 depending on numbers or set up two grids
- Red team will send 3 to press and win the ball
- If Red wins the ball they must play ball back to their grid for a point
- Blue would transition to press with 3
Points:
- 1 Point for 5 passes
- 1 Point for winning ball and returning to their half
