Shield Master
A player grabs a cone and they set up in a circle
Place ball on cone and player will protect ball (Shield) from "Knock out queen".
Best "Shield Master" goes in to middle as Knock out queen

Beat a player with change of direction and change of speed - Duration 12-15min
Blue player dribbles ball to White line and leaves it (steps on ball)
White player follows quickly behind player to take and score at either L or R gate.
Coaching points:
Faint, use skill, change speed or protect ball to gain advantage over defender

Ask player to set 3 rules i.e. Extra point for skills/shielding, passing points, can not hit cones for goal etc. Let them hav fun with it

2) Dribbling to protect the ball
- Coach act as a defender and look to kick ball away from player
- Instruct player to dodge, change direction and protect the ball from you (the defender)
