DESCRIPTION:

Ball Feeding from Coach

 #Ready position

#Head Height Catch

#Scoop Catch

#Low Receive

(P1)教練加快擲球或射門速度。

(P2).教練擲球或射門時加入不同角度。

AIMS:

Set Postion

1.雙腳分開成肩膀闊度

2.膝蓋微彎,重心傾前(不要刻意用腳尖站立)

3.手腕伸直,手掌跟腰同等高度

4.手肘保持在身體附近,不要離身體太遠

5.手掌保持自然,不要預先做正手或反手動作

6.留意來球路線及力度

7.決定使用什麼接球技術

8.接球

接高中腰球 (w-shape technique):

1. 手放成W Shape手勢(拇指相對,形成W的形狀),手指張開微微包

2. 住球上方,防止球向上溜走

接中腰球 (cup catch technique):

1.手放胸前,用身體迎接來球,不要跟球鬥力,避免來球彈走

2.接球,並用身體抱住來球

接地面球 (scoop technique):

1.移動到來球路線並做好Set position

2.上身做出Cup的姿勢,下身其中一隻腳向內收,但留意膝蓋不要著

地(來球在左邊收右腳,來球在右邊收左腳)

3.接球,並用身體抱住來球 (唔急起身)
