Progression: working with the same 6 players we add movement to the excersise. Again going at the same time once the P1and P2 have made their Pass to P3 and P4,The recieving Players (P3&P4) will attempt to play the ball with one touch. P1&P2 will make a movement arround the outside cones to recieve a pass back. With their first touch the will play the Ball to the next player to repeat.
Key points, Players reduce the number of touches. Crisp Passing, good Body position to recieve.
Dynamic Movement to recieve. encourage players yo retain the ball, and look for forward runs to find good space. Good support, Good first touch and penetrating passing.

Red 2 will perform the skill and can choose to turn right or left. In the example Red 2 has decided to turn to the right. Blue 1 comes out to pressue Red 2 and follows the attacker, however they will break off the persuit and will joint the players on the opposite side.
Once the Players have swithed sides, the Activity will restart with Player Blue 1 starting the drill.
key points: Fewer Touches, acceleration out of the turns . Sheilding the Ball from the Defender.

6 Players per group. 5 cones, 4 red 1 yellow. 7.5 meters appart, 7.5 meters across.
Players 1 and 2 approch the centre cone yellow at the same time. The perform a inside hook turn and proceed to the red cone to their right where they perform a step over turn with the right foot and then pass with the left foot to the next player in line. every player complete 4 turns, the excersize is stopped with the players then turning to the left, four more turns.
Then ask players to performs the excersise with outside hook turn to the right x 4 and then to the left x4. the second turn should be either a Cruff turn or a Drag back turn.
Key points: players should be able to complete the excersise with fewest amounts of touches. 4 touches plus a pass back.
