If the attacker wins the 1v1 then he connects with Player D who switches the channel and to launch and attack . All players in the drill are involved .

If the defender wins the 1v1 then he carries into the cones and gives the ball to player D to transfer and start the attack .

Defenders must work the ball over the half way line if they win it . ( Pref the same channel )
