Split Group in 2.

Part 1 - Technical Practice

Replicate same practice with each group. Ensure they get repetition and realism

Each player gets 2 shots. 

• Shot 1 - Bend run to get in on goal and either dink or go round the mini goal.
• Shot 2 - Sprint around the mannequin to incorporate a straight pass/diagonal run and then beat the keeper

Part 2 - Halves Practice 3v3 +2

• All players locked into same half of the pitch. Defenders cannot retreat until the ball is played into their defensive half.
• Team in possession try to break out (by passing or dribbling) of their half to score (1 point)
• Everyone then retreats into that half.
• 2 points if the defending team wins it and scores

• 6 seconds to score
