Organization:
-15 Yards by 20 yards. Bigger or smaller based on coaches decision.
-Player lined up as shown on left, one ball per group
Instructions:
-Player 2 moves to one side of box, player 3 moves opposite to create a triangle
-Player 1 will dribble at speed to player 2, Player 2 will then do the same to player 3.
-Player 3 then dribbles as fast as they can to other side
-Player 1 and 2 must driblle like Messi
-Player 3 dribbles like Ronaldo
-Rotation- Player 1 to Player 2, Player 2 to Player 3, Player 3 to Player 1
Coaching Points:
Messi Touches
-Small tight to body
-every step is touch
-pinky toe to control ball
-Lead with foot that will direct the direction the ball will go
Ronaldo Touches
-large touches into space
-head up when off ball
-use laces to push ball forward
Progressions:
-Make a competition, every time they can get the ball back to the beginning it is a point

Organization:
-Same set up as before
Instructions:
-After player 1 gets ball to player 2, player 1 turns around and runs back to starting position, onces their the game is live
-Once player 3 gets they ball they are to try and beat player 1 across their line.
-If the Attacker dribbles across the line without the Defender touching. Attacker gets 3 points
-Defender touches the ball but Attacker still scores, Attacker gets 1 point
-If Defender scores on the other side, they get 1 point

Organization:
Station 1 Dynamic Warm up: two lines, four cones in each line, each cone is 5 yards apart
Station 2 Agility Work: two lines, six cones in each line, each cone is 3 feet apart
Instructions:
Station 1: Players will be in two lines, they will do each exersices twice, and each person goes when player in front reaches the first cone.
-Exercises to be done: Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Two step shuffle, Two step shuffle backwards, Open Gate, Close Gate, Hip Stretch, Sprint
Station 2: Players will be in two lines, they will do each exersices twice, and each person goes when player in front reaches the third cone.
Exersices: Shuffles, Sideways Legs up and over (one was facing right, one way facing left), One footed turning hops
