Principles of play: Penetration, Support,Dispersal, Mobility, Improvisation
Objective: For a team to successfully build up through zone 2 into zone 3 with a pass into the mini goals
Set up: Divide the players up into 2 teams and 1 neutral player focusing on the red team and managing the blue team. Red team will start with the ball, any restarts will begin with the red team. Place 4 goals as illustrated.
Progression: Remove the neutral player and limit the team in possession to one or max 2 touches.
Regression: Add 2nd neutral player.

Objective: For the teams to combine and play in and out of one of the 5x5y grids for a point, first team to 5 points wins.
Set up: Players split up into 2 teams playing in a 30x40y grid with 4 5x5y boxes in each corner of the grid any team can start. Players are looking the combine and play in and out of the 5x5y grid for a point. Player must be traveling into the 5x5y grid to receive the pass and then play the ball out to a teammate for a point.
You can not score on the same 5x5y grid in a row. Only one player allowed in the 5x5y grid at one time.
