Progression
Player starting with the ball Red team passing to their right hand side player and blue team to their left hand side player and follow their pass
player who has received the ball will then pass to the players bottom of the screen follow their pass, The players at the bottom of the screen then passes to the players in the middle then follow their pass. Players who received in the middle then will turn to play to the opposite side.
Aim is to get the ball to the other side as quickly as possible

Aim is
Can the team in Possession - Red team get the ball through the blue disc marked area with a player from the red team/ team in possession receiving it and then find a yellow on the outside or play to another red who can then find the yellow.
Once the ball has travelled through the blue disc marked area and then found a yellow , that counts as 1 goal.
Only the team in possession is allowed in the blue disc area, team out of possession can intercept, screen the area off to stop them playing through.
Blue team/team out of possession aim is to protect the blue area and not allow the ball to travel through to a opposition player , if blue wins the ball can they play to a yellow to score their goal.
Team In Possession can use the yellows as build up also.
Ball always re starts from the coach.
Rotate blues with reds
Key Points
Patient with the ball find opportunities to play forwards.
Movement/arrival in the blue area timing of it.
Rotation of movements take/drag players away from the zone to free up a line of pass.

Condition/progression
Minimum of 3 passes before playing to a yellow , must pass and receive in the blue area and the 3 passes includes this but once received in the blue disc area it must included the 3 passes before playing to a yellow.

Team in Possession aim is
Can they find one of their team mates in the blue disc area for them to receive and pass to a yellow. Once a player has received the ball in the blue disc area and passes to a yellow player . The yellow player runs down the line and crosses the ball in to score creating an overload in final 3rd , 3v2/4v2, the opposite yellow can score.

Aim is can the team in Possession Red team , receive the ball outside the red width area and try and switch it to the opposite side.
Blue team not allowed out wide , got to stay narrow and compact. Reds Unopposed out wide.
Red team must receive in both wide area before creating an opportunity at goal.
If Blue team win the ball can they create and score

What if scenario
Blue team can now press and are allowed to go on the outside
If Blue press high and create a man v man central element and stops red team playing one side with the movements of the red players to try and create spaces then the two furthest red players finds the space to receive the ball to try and play opposite side to create opportunities.
