Instructions:
White team start as the attackers. Attackers score by getting to either cone before the defender does.
Attacker has 7 seconds to win the game by getting to either line. Swap roles after each go.
Coaching Points:
- Be positive, attack the space
- Awareness of the defender
- Use of stop-starts to slow the defender down
- Quick turns if the defender gets ahead
Scenarios:
- Defender behind - Speed up
- Defender level, space infront - Stop start
- Defender level, space behind - Turn
- Defender ahead - Turn

Organization:
As above, with as many channels set up for no more than 4 players per channel.
Instructions:
Players dribble out to centre line and the perform a 'Stop-Tap'. After doing so they look up as they dribble to opposite endline. Upon eye contact with their teammate the next player can begin and do the same. Process repeats.
Coaching Points:
- Pinky toe to dribble
- Keep ball close, touch on every step
- Correct execution of stop start
- Use of head, hips to sell the fake
- Ball out of feet
- Head up after stop start
- Accelerate out of stop start
Progressions:
- Use weaker foot on every other go

Organization:
Two fields set up, as above.
Instructions:
1v1 game to two goals. Game begins on attacker's first touch. Play until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounds.
Coaching Points:
- Keep ball close
- Protect ball from defender with furthest foot
- Be aware of defender's position
- Use of changes in speed moves to lose defender
- Use of turns to lose defender
- When to use a turn and when to use a stop-start
Progression:
- Play a Champions league format. 2 minute games.

- Three lines of attack (Width, Depth, Length)
- Penetration as option one (Shot, pass, dribble)
- Possession as option two
- Angles of support (Can you make a triangle?)
- Distance of support (Can you make the triangle as big as possible?)
- Timing of support (as ball travels)
- Speed of thought and movement in transition
- Correct moment to apply the session topic
