Technisch parcours
Essence: Technisch parcours
Structure: Speler start met lopen en maakt een 3 dubbele beweging, dus: Van links naar rechts, naar links en weer naar rechts. Dan bij B maakt hij een V-drag en bij C een lift naar voren, stopt de bal en een lift naarlinka. Als dit laatste te gemakkelijk is in 1 beweging!! Daarna rond de speler af met de backhand.
Pointers:
Bij A: Zorg dat bij de 2e actie van links naar rechts er echt schijn zit in de actie naar links.
Bij B zorg voor schijn naar links.
Bij C: belngrijk is dat de bal op de stick rolt, zodat de bal als het ware getild kan worden.

4v3 (30 mins)
Essence:
This 4v3 small sided game is designed to assist defenders with managing a counter attack.
Structure:
1 GK (facing the play) and 3 defenders (not facing the play). 4 attackers as depicted. The drill commences with the 4 attackers passing/transferring the ball to each other from there stationary positions and only once the coach blows his whistle may the 3 defenders engage from their positions
Pointers:
The defenders need to ensure that they communicate as quickly as possible to which attack has the ball and then then must the defender closest to the ball must become the point of defence.
Communication is crucial by the GK as the defenders cannot see the ball and where it is once the whistle is blow for the game to commence.
Defenders need to 'squueze' the attackers into an area so that they can mange the numerical disadvantage.

Add goals for the defenders once they have turned the ball over

1:1 King & Ass (30 mins)
Essence:
1:1 King & Ass.
Structure:
Setup is approximately 5m X 8m boxes. Divide players into groups of 2. Play 1:1 against each other for 2 minutes. Winner moves up one box and loser moves down one box. King is on far right and Ass is on far left. Play enough rounds to allow everyone to have had a chance to get to King.
Pointers:
1:1 elimination skills. Keeping possession of the ball. Keep ball away from feet.
