⚽Practice Organization

• An exercise that triggers the change of direction ability of the players
• Players have to run fast and change direction 3 times
• 3 accelerations - 3 decelerations 

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Players initiate their runs into couples
• Players are preferred to change direction with double step positioning(deep drive), more rate of force development
• We do not ask from the players to make multiple steps during the change of direction, this is a cod variety that is recommended for multidirectional  changes of direction without linear sprinting ability included to the effort
• Small ground contact time
• We optimize the effects by activating the hip and incorporating small plyo warm-up principles(post activation potentiation)
• We encourage the players to continue and we highlight the significance of executing distinct cod and sprinting actions
•  4 repetitions in total
• All out run at the very end of the scheme structured
• When 2 players reach the middle of the exercise, triggers the start of the upcoming 2 players
• Rest has to be between 30 seconds and 1 minutes according the intensity of the execution
