Bulldog (10 mins)
Description
British bull dog. All players must run from one side of the field to the other and avoid being hit with a ball being passed in from the side. If you get hit, you come to the side and attempt to hit the remaining players. Last player standing wins!

Description: Numbers game. 2 teams, each player gets a number and waits in the corner of the field. The coach will a number (or more, EG '3 and 4') those number come out into the middle for 1v1/2v2 etc

Cuckoo's Nest (15 mins)
Description
Cuckoo's Nest
On coach's call, 1 player per group runs to the middle and dribbles a ball back to their Nest. Once they get back, they high 5 their team-mate who runs to the collect another ball. Game continues until all the balls have been collected. Teams then count to see how many soccer balls they have.
Progression:
1. Coach becomes the Cuckoo, to protect their eggs (Balls)
2. Players perform a skill move in the middle (pull back).
3. After all balls are gone from the middle, one player can go to another teams nest and steal the ball and take back to their nest
