Set up: 20x30 in the centre of the field.
2 Servers opposite each other on smaller side of area.

3 Reds and 2 blue
Reds aim to play the ball from server through to the oppostie server. If reds get the ball through to server, they keep going and one of the original two red midfielders join the 10 so the remaining midfielder becomes the 10 as shown in the diagram.
Progressions:
one touch only
combine with the 10 and either 6/8 who goes to support play the ball to server for 2 goals
All three reds must touch ball before bal is transferred to server.
If Blues win the ball and get ball into server=goal
If Blues win ball and make three passes between them and hit side target goals = 2 goals
