Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): A10 Pre season - Running and ballwork
Description
This is a drill to build endurance and apply fast feet that includes ball work. Setup 5 or 6 stations up the field. Operate with 3 people per station (to avoid waiting around times) so with the difference being trained on a separate drill. One person feeds the ball as shown in blue with the other person works through the station. Once completed all stations there is a long run back to the start, hence for this reason can include additional people (not just two per station for numbers)
To begin, player runs around the pole and returns to do fast feet (step over) through cones, he then sprints up and back around far pole. Post which he enters the middle area to play a volley on both feet (checking in and out) back around the cone in the middle. Once complete he then moves to the next station and does the same thing.
