Seven discs spaced evenly depending on the skill level closer or further apart with the last disc placed 5-7m away. Players manipulate the ball thru the cones usind the different surfaces of the foot followed by a speed dribble and turn back to their line.

Players in two lines, no more than four in each line facing each other. First payer plays the ball along the ground using the inside of the foot and follows their pass, player receiving takes a good first touch out and plays the ball to the next player in line.
- Technique, accuracy and pace.
- Receiving player prepared, good first touch (out and up) and play on the second.

Player A plays a 1-2 combination with B before playing a longer ball to C. Player A and B rotate, C and D repeat play is continous, can be used up to groups of eight players.
- Focus on passing and receiving technique
- Pace required short versus long.

- Developing good habit of not turning back on ball

VARIATIONS
- Everyone has to touch the ball before we go to Goal.
- Draw a midfield line, everyone on the attacking side has to be over in order for a goal to count
- Shot on goal has to be 1st time
- One team plays possession, one team tries to score
