Rondo Game (Hornets) (15 mins)
Rondo Game (Hornets)- 5v2 in one quadrant
- 5 passes=1 point and defenders add another player
- If defenders win the ball, pass out to teammates
- On possession change, all pinks join the ball in new quadrant and Red spreads out to defend
- Blue leaves the grid and Yellow goes to the center box this is set up for a four team rotation
- Recovery Runs
- Immediate pressure to the ball
- Quickly go support new ball

Get Dangerous (15 mins)
Get Dangerous- coach will call out a number 1-4
- once a number is called players from both sides should equal that number on field when ball is played
- team that wins the ball can go into either mini goal to score a point
