Combination and Movement Exercise. Only objective here is every player must touch the ball in the passing sequence and when the ball gets to the other side the first pass must be square and the passer must make a run on the outside line. Players can combine however they wish as long as every player touches the ball. This will start no later than 2:25 on a Saturday and 7:10 for a midweek fixture.

Directional Possession Rondo. Keep ball but with the objective of working the ball across to the players on one end and then to the other side. Lose the ball then go and counter press and win it back. Start at no later than 2:35 on a Saturday and 7:20 for a midweek fixture.

Unoppossed Attacking and Defending
1.) In our attacking shape setup with two midfielders, 2 attackers and 2 wing backs. Only rule is for there to be at least two pases between the four central players before passing the ball out wide and only 3 players can then attack the box while the other drops/sits. Players have freedom to combine and move freely within that structure.
2.) Defenders start in a back three as they will setup within the game. Coach throws the ball up for them to head, volley and pass back into the coaches hands. Working solely on the fundamental movements.
Progression:
Add the defenders into the attacking practice to apply passive pressure.
This should start no later than 2:45 on a Saturday and 7:30 on a midweek fixture.
