Half of your player at end A and the other at end B
Players on end A start with the ball and pass to the player on end B. Player A then becomes a defender and must stop player B from scoring in one of the two goals. Player B can only score once they pass the half way line.
After the ball is dead the players swap ends and rotate.

Pair up some player in small 5 x 7m areas. One ball per pair.
Player A starts with the ball and passes and immediately becomes a defender. Player B then goes 1 v 1 against player A and must try to stop the ball on the end line.
Start by teaching the players to jockey, not committing to the ball. The attacker will essentially always beable to complete the task as we are asking the defender not to tackle, just jockey
After a few mins, teach the attackers to run into the backs of the defenders, ie: if the defender is facing right when jockeying encourage the attacker to run past him on the opposite side
Here we want to encourage the defender to spin so they are switching the side they are jockeying
Then encourage the attacker to continually switch sides to force the defender to keep spinning.
After they have mastered the technique of both jockeying and attacking into the defender's back tell the defenders they can now tackle.
Player swap duties with every end reached.
