Practice Objectives:
To improve players ability to pass/shoot accuratley (also under pressure)
To improve players ability recieve effectivly (timing, first touch) before passing/shooting
Practice Explanation:
Set up wth 1 mannequen 6m from starting point and two small goals/targets 12m behind that.
Two poles 10m to either side of manequein are used if payer misses goal/target are required to sprint around before rejoining group.
Activity starts with player / ball entering the middle of area (mannequen), some sort of maneuver and a pass/shot into one of the small goals.
Players to ensure they work both left side and right side with every action.
1 - Player dribbles forward, beats the manequen left or right and pass/shoot into the near goal (bent)
2 - "" "" "" to far goal (driven)
3 - Player dribbles forward, beats the defender (previous attacker) left or right and pass/shoot into the near goal (bent)

5 - Player passes into a player (replace manequen) who recieves / turns and pass/shot into either goal

7 - Player passes forward into a player who sets ball back to first player who then plays a pentration pass behind the manequen for second player to run onto an pass/shoot in either goal.

Passer - Quality (accuracy, weight, timing to match the run, both feet, technique)
Receiver - Sharp pre movement to iniate pass, verbal and non veral communication, timing
