Screen 2 Gentle movements
Set Up:
- Activity 1
Coaching Points
Equal lines,3 shown here but dependant on roster size.
Progressions:
- Gentle jog
- Open the gate
- Close the gate
- Etc
- Building upto sprint out,jog back
- 8 minutes
- HYDRATE!

Screen 3 Ball movement/dynamic movement-sprint
Set Up:
- Coaching Points:
- Activity 2
- Same lines as activity 1
- 10 minutes
- HYDRATE!
Progressions:1
Dribble to/around cone A,pass back,jog to back of line
Call different dribbles:
-chop
-inside/outside
-outside inside/outside inside etc
Once warm/heart rate up have the players pass back and sprint to cone B......then jog back to their line/2

Screen 4 Possession
Set Up:
- Pinnies needed/pick 2 teams
- Equal numbers in the middle
- Side players,3 sides shown here but adjust as needed
- Coach takes one side as neutral
Coaching Points:
- Simple possession,players play to their side player and replace said player as he dribbles into the middle.
- Coach plays to team that played him the ball but does not enter inner field
- 10 minutes
Progressions:
Encourage quick ball movement,limit touches for older age groups/older teams.

Screen 5 Passing sequence/finish
Set Up:
- Four corners/cones
- Coach recovers balls!
- Player moving from 2 to 3 must be aware of shot!
- If shot too close(set limitation....even put in a line with cones?) have player pass into the keeper
- When ball passed into 3 start new ball from 1(2 balls at once etc)
- 10 Minutes
Coaching Points:
- 2 touch passing sequence
- 1 to 2/2 to 3/3 to 4/ 4 takes Prep touch and shoots
