Stage 1 (15 mins)

Passing-Pattern

Organization: passing pattern.

Instructions: 

Var.1 A plays B who plays C with 2 touches, C plays D one touch, D dribbles to the next pattern.

Var.2 A plays B who plays C with 2 touches, C plays back to A who plays D one touch, D dribbles to the next pattern.

Coaching Points: Speed on the ball, several FT, 1 touch pass.

Rotation: A-B-C-D-1-2-3-4

Stage 3 (20 mins)

Learning

Organization: 6v6 (high press).

Instructions: Gk starts the play, Reds need to build-up to score in any small goal, if the ball is recovered by blue they score to the big goal. 6/8 Defenders locked in blue area, they can exit only when the ball is close to the area. Only 4/5 or 6 with one touch play can score in the lateral goals (wingers).

Coaching Points: Understanding of the space available when pressure is high and even numbers: find the free man when up in number, break the pressure with the FT, involve the GK in the build-up, recog the covered ball
