Organization:

Story:
Dora's best friend Boots wants to play a game with you.
Boots loves TAG! Especially freeze tag, but Boots is a Monkey so when he tags you he wants you to turn into his favorite fruit! A Banana!
Instructions:
2 Taggers (Pretending To Be Boots) have 1 minute to try and tag as many players as possible.
- If tagged players turn into a banana and stand with the their hands in the air palms pressed together, slightly bent to look like a banana.
- Players who haven't been tagged peel the banana (players hands) and now they are back in the game.
- With Covid restrictions, make sure players do not grab the other players but get close and pretend to peel away the banana.
Phase I: Have COACHES be TAGGERS so that they can emulate how to play as a tagger.
- 45 second rounds
Phase II: add ball. This time instead of tagging person, you tag their ball by placing your foot ontop of it.

Story Theme:
- Oh No! Swiper saw all the fun you were having with Boots and now wants to steal all your bananas!
- We don't want Swiper to take Boots favorite fruit for him. It's up to us to stop Swiper from Swiping!
Instructions:
- Players will dribble their soccer ball trying to chase coach around the field and when they are close should try to kick it into Swiper's feet to make him drop a banana (a yellow cone)!
- If Coach gets hit with one of their soccer balls, a Swiper drops a banana on the ground.
- The game ends when all the cones have fallen on the ground and the bananas are saved!
- The players must avoid the cones after the coach has dropped them! If they run over one, they have to do 3 toe taps before chasing after coach again!

Story/Theme
- Map needs your help to paint all the beautiful places that are on his map! He needs your special paintbrushes (soccer balls) to paint and explore the area and tell him all you see!
Instructions:
Phase I: NO CONES ON FIELD
- Each player needs a ball at their feet.
- Players soccer ball turns into their favorite color paintbrush (ask players)
- Players are shown boundaries on the map and are instructed to help paint the entire field their color paint brush.
- 45 - 60 seconds rounds x 2 -3 times
PHASE II: CONE GATES
- Map LOVES all the painting youve been doing!
- He needs a couple areas to be painted just a bit more so that Map is even bigger and prettier than he was before.
- Coach shows that the areas that need extra painting are marked in coned gates.
- Players are encouraged to dribble through to every gate before time runs out!
- 45 - 60 seconds rounds x 2 -3 times
Coaching Points/Questions:
- head up no collisions
- are there open gates
- are you keeping your paint brush (ball) close so you dont miss the gates (or make mistakes)

Instructions:
Story Theme :
- Dora, Boots and Map are having a blast on their adventure day! They have had a great time exploring, playing and now they are hungry! But when they went home to get some snacks to share - everyone realized that they were gone!
- Tico the Squirrel, who lives in the trees above their houses said that she saw Swiper steal all the snacks!
- Dora and her best friends are on a mission to take back all the snacks that Swiper the Fox swiped! So the group of friends are off to the woods to find Swipers House!
Coaching Points/Questions:
1. Move very slowly in the den so as not to wake Swiper The Fox
2. No hands dribbling (only with a ball when dribbling it back to your house)
3. Coach is Swiper The Fox, Coach/Volunteer will lay on field pretending to be asleep.
If the Players are too loud or bump into him, he wakes up and everyone has to leave their food run back to their house to be safe!
4. After players have gotten a ball at their feet, they now try to play bumper cars with the other players that have balls! If their ball ends up in the middle square again they have to sneak in and get it!
Regressions/Progressions:
- Place Blue cones on the field and call them lakes! You cannot swim through a lake.

Players Line Up Behind The Line
The Story:
- Dora the Explorer is excited to go on an adventure and she wants you to join in!
- Ask players if they are ready to go on an adventure with Dora?!
- Have kids pretend to put on the 'imagination cap' and tell them that they are now in a jungle. Introduce the rules to 'On the River and 'On the Bank.'
Instructions:
1. All players stand behind line created by Coach and listen for instruction.
2.When the coach calls out ‘In the River’ all players must jump over the line (marked out between the cones) towards the coach into the River
3. When the coach calls out ‘On the Bank’ all the players jump away from the coach back over the line onto the Bank
4. The coach attempts to catch out the players by quick comm ands that sometimes repeat – ‘In the River,on the Bank, in the River, in the River!’
5. If a player jumps in the wrong direction, they join the coach on the boat
