Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Through Ball Passing

The attacking team consists of 4 players, the defending team has 2 defenders, a keeper and a spare player.

The attacking team pass the ball in the possession zone.

Players not in possession need to show good movement off the ball, moving into space to either receive the ball or create space for team-mates.

The key is to playing the ball into space beyond the defensive line.

Attacking players cannot go beyond the offside line until the ball is played.

Defenders try to win the ball and pass to the team waiting to start the next attack.

After each attack, the attacking team will become the defending team, the defending team move to the waiting area, the waiting team will start the next attack.
