Divide oranges and blues into 4s. Designate two jokers in yellow. Blues attack two goals and orange attack two goal.
CP's: Jokers should look for the ball any time they can; use of extra players whenever possible; passing options and passing combinations; creating scoring opportunities; good possession v penetration; receive balls across the body with the proper foot.

1. Possession v Penetration
2. 2 and 5s should have freedom to get forward into the attack and play with either 7 or 11.
3. 6 in constant support of the ball from 8,10, 5,and 2. From there, be a good decision maker on whether to switch play, keep possession or look for balls forward.
4. 8 and 10 in constant support of everyone on the field.

4 Square 1v1 Possession + 2
Divide a 20x20 grid into four smaller squares.
Situate one blue and one orange in each square. Assign two yellows as jokers.
All blue and orange players must stay in their square. Yellows are free to support the ball in what ever square they want. Object is to try to keep the ball in all four squares.
If defending team wins the ball, yellows play with them and they become the attacking team.
CPs: quality passing (pace and weight); movement of the ball to keep it; quick tranistion in support of the ball; good angles of support and options; jokers always available and be able to switch play.
