Organization: Gk will start off on knees coach will throw ball so it bounces gk has to dive and deflect ball with bottom hand to keeper standing at an angle. Gk standing catches ball and throws back to coach. Gk that dove now gets back two knee set postion

Organization: Gk will start off on knees coach will throw ball so it bounces gk has to dive and deflect ball with bottom hand to keeper standing at an angle. Gk standing catches ball and throws back to coach. Gk that dove now gets back two knee set postion. Coach will now serve ball from feet low to same side but now gk holds this save. After gk holds second save he returns ball to coach and restarts.

Organization: Gks will start behind the square that was made or ring if you have. Gks one at a time will chop there feet in square. 2-4 chops 2 min and 4 max. Gk needs to see coach about to strike ball and come out in front of square and set. Ball will be hit on ground as a foward dive/ foward smuther. Gk needs to hold onto ball so they can roll it back to coach at slower pase so gk can get out of way adn next gk can chop there feet before ball gets to coach

Organization: 2 Groups Using the front 2 yellow cones only as small goals. Gks will go at same time and will dive to same side as well. Gk will set facing sideways. Coach will say GO' or TURN gk turns and sets in middle in line with ball. The ball will be hit low and with pace. Shot will go back to the same direction gk turned from. Gks will take 3 reps in row 2-3 set

Organization: Gk set infront of yellow cone. Coach 1 infront of gk will be bouncing ball or giving ball in air 1-5 balls. Coach 1 makes a decision to put ball in right or left hand so coach 2 can see. Whatever hand ball is in Coach 2 hits low ball to that side. Gk gets up quickly and sets and turns body to server 3/4 then recieves a volley from that side.

Organization: GK goes through cones and sets in front of square. Coach 1 will have 1 ball in each hand. Once gk gets set Coach 1 will make a decsion if arms GO UP gk drops behind square sets then Coach 1 throws or bounces ball right or left. Then quickly moves foward sets infront of Square then Coach 2 hits ball low right or left. If Coach 1 puts balls on hips. GK stays and gets set and Coach 2 hits ball first. Gk then works back behind square and recives ball then Coach 1
