Set Up: Area 10x30 yrds, 2 teams, nominate 2 taggers for each team. Tagger defends individually and moves freely within the whole area. Runners go one at a time to try and evade the taggers in all areas, when tagger either gets tagged or beats first tagger, then the next runner starts.If a runner gets to end of area without being tagged, they score a point, each time a tagger tags a runner, they score a point.
Progressions: Add in balls & target goals to dribble through & score.
Def can choose to hold position or go & press the attacker.
Key Points: Attacking: Speed & agility, head up, ball control & skills, shooting.
Defending: Stay in line with attacker movement, press or hold, patience & dont dive in, win the ball.
