Triangle Warm-Up (15 mins)

Set Up

Cone off a Triangle

Set cones about 10 yards from one another

One ball

Goalkeeper in the middle of the cones

2 defenders on outside of the cones

3 offense outside the cones

Only keeper can go inside the cones

Goalkeeper can use hands and any part of the body

Object of the game is the pass the ball through 2 lines of the triangle

If keeper handles the ball, will roll it back out to the offense and reset quickly

If defense controls the possession, they kick the ball gently to open space and organize while offense gets ready to start again

Score 1 point if you pass through two lines as seen in the picture and teammate maintains possession

Each interval is 3-5 minutes, then switch offense and defense units
