Character Development:

Being a Good Teammate:

Definition: Being a good teammate means working together with others to reach a common goal. It’s about helping, sharing, listening, and being kind. A good teammate encourages others, respects their ideas, and does their part to make sure the team succeeds. It's also okay to ask for help when you need it, and to help others when they do!

Practice 1: What is Being a Good Teammate? Why is it important?

Practice 2: How do you show Being a Good Teammate in soccer?

Practice 3: Can Being a Good Teammate be used at home or school? How?

Practice 4: How can we motivate each other to show Being a Good Teammate?

Technical:

- Every player has a ball.

- Scatter more cones than players in your half of the field

- Players will dribble their ball around and execute 1v1 moves at the cones or when they approach another player

- Practice variation in open space and then make it competitive for number of quality touches

Reps: After practicing, multiple 30 second rounds to count cuts
