Description

The players are divided into 2 groups of 4 members each. Each group plays using a rectangular space (on the outside of one short side of the rectangle there is a starting cone 6 meters from the playing area, outside the other, a goal). There are 2 parallel and autonomous situations between them that involve cyclical repetitions of technical gestures. The game actions take place by alternating a series of steps between a player who enters the delimited space by conducting a ball and 3 players positioned randomly inside it. Depending on the direction of each action, the objective of the same varies:

To let the ball come out on the opposite side to the one from which it entered by carrying out a series of predetermined technical actions.
Execute a shot on goal by one of the players who made the run in space after having performed the predetermined technical actions.

Rules

•The sequence of transmissions within the space always begins with a conduction of the ball of a few meters carried out by the player who starts the action (from the starting cone located outside the rectangle). carrying out the cyclic succession of a series of predetermined steps:

• a short pass to player "B" (closest to the player who started the action, defined as player "A") made forward
and on the figure.
• a pass to return the ball to player “A”.
• a long pass to a “C” player.
• a passage in space (on the run) to one of the 2 players attacking the opposite line with respect to the entry line of the ball: one of the 2 insertion solutions must necessarily take place through an external overlap towards player "C" who receives the third step of the sequence. The external overlap is mainly carried out by player "B" but can also be performed by player "A" if the dynamics of the development of the action suggest it (greater proximity of one player compared to the other, delay in technical action by the player "B").

The player who receives the pass on the run concludes the game action in different ways depending on the side towards which the game was aimed:
• If beyond the short side there is no goal, the ball is run at speed to leave the playing field.
• If beyond the short side there is the goal, a shot is made towards it.
The player who has completed the action resumes the next development giving it the opposite direction to the previous one and involving again the 3 players left inside the rectangle (after restarting from the starting line).
the various possible developments of the game action are invited to encourage the following solutions:
• The insertion for the search of the passage on the run also by the player who started the game action.
• The conduction of the ball that starts the action must not only take place in the central streets but can also be carried out by diagonally bypassing a delimiter that defines the short side of the playing space.

Variants:

• Before the player who starts the action makes his initial pass, 2 of the 3 teammates inside the field must exchange positions through an oriented run: the outermost one with the inside one or one farther away with one more next to the ball carrier.
• The entry of the ball by the player who starts the action can also take place through an aerial trajectory, the ball can be lifted in different ways: kicked directly from the ground; lifted off the ground with the feet and kicked on the fly; grabbed and kicked on the fly.
