Organisation
Player on S1 plays a diagonal to S4 once this is played ,player on S1 sets off at full pace run around all the stations to run onto a pass from S2 deep towars byline for cross. when S1 has played ball, S2 starts run to recieve a set from S3 who recieved a pass from S4, S2 will then pass ball inot path of running S1.
After S2,S3,S4 have played there inidividual passes they all have to sprint around Mannequin to get onto the end of the cross from S1. if they score the session is dead but if they miss all 4 players have to sprint back passed the pole outside the 18 yrd box.
These players return to back of the lines but will move up one ie Player on S1 goes to S2 and S2 goes to S3 and S4 goes to S1
All players to have a go on each station.
Once the cycle has finished we repeat he excercise but change the direction and cross from the left
