Method:
Blue Players pass from the centre to wide player - pass and follow, receiver plays forward, through the gate forward and passes into mini goals
play to left, passing player moves to receiver position, alternate play to the right and left
Red players are semi active, active when ball passes through gate - close down quickly, assess 1st touch of opposition
Red can score by dribbling throiugh the gates
Coaching Points:
Passer aware of receiver little touch out from feet to play the pass, follow the pass
as ball is moving, pass and move in one movement
Receiver - aware, move to be in flight of the pass,
open body, shoulders to ball and goal, wait for ball to be passed,
positive first touch forward to take ball through the gate

40 x 50 m , 6v4 plus 1
Red GK + 2 Defenders + 3 Midfielders v e Blue 3 Midfielders + 1 Forward
2 Target Blue players standing in the gates
GK starts the play at all times with the ball in the middle of 6 yard box
