Players will play a 4 v 2 in square trying to keep the ball away from the defender.
Coaching Points:
Receiving the ball with the inside foot.
Communcation.
Movment off the ball.
Lefting head to see where the open player is.
Progressions:
Adding more players in the middle and outside.

Instructions:
Players will play 3v1 in box. After completing a series of 4 passes they can pass it to the player in the middle( interpet as the Center-MID) he then passes it to the other box where they same proccess begins.
Length 20 minutes player in the middle switches after 5 minutes.
Coaching Points:
Being comforatlbe to play with the player in the middle.
Movment off the ball and with the ball.
Consit commcuantion.
Relax and look up where the center mid is postion.
Progressions:
Adding a dffender on the center mid.
Two touch passing. Or one if cabable.

Players will juggle a tennis ball for 10 minutes and then move onto using size 4 ball.
Then players will dribble and do certain skills give to them. Such as, siccros, cruyff, fients and the snake.
