Set Up:
Using half a pitch:
Station A is fullbacks on either side of park - 2 players at each stattion, supply of balls at this station
Station B is your twin strikers
Station C is your supporting midfielders - 3 players at this station
Station
Station D is your wingers, again either side - 3 players at each station
Goalkeeper also in place
Also mark a channel out for the wingers down the 18 yard box line
Rotation:
Play starts with left fullback taking a touch at Station A and looking up for near striker at Station B to move off his marker and show - pass made.
Striker takes ball in with good touch and midfield support at Station B has now started to make his run, asks for he ball and striker lays off.
Left winger at Station D now indicates that he wants ball and midfielder makes a pass into the channel for the winger to time his run and walk onto the ball and cross.
Strikers have now turned and moved towards the penalty area, with one moving across front post and other moving towards centre, right winger from opposite has also followed play in and is attacking back post with the central midfielder making and holding run to edge of the box,
Ball crossed and finished.
Primary Coaching Points:
Timing of run from the wide man so they are walking onto the ball and if possible crossing early first time

Option 1:
Objective of game is to get balls into the channel and get crosses into box and finish, not to much overplay in the central areas.
GK out to centre back, who sweeps in wide area for winger to take a touch and cross in for strikers, supporting wide man from opposite side and central midfielder
Primary Coaching Points:
Timing of run from the wide man so they are walking onto the ball and if possible crossing early first time
The runs of the strikers and midfielder so they are walking onto the cross and finishing

Objective of game is to get balls into the channel and get crosses into box and finish, not to much overplay in the central areas.
GK out to centre back, who moves forward and looks to play ball directly into the striker who has dropped of.
Striker then looks for the breaking/supporting midfielder and lays off for midfielder to sweep into the channel for the wide man to cross, first time if he can.
Midfielder continues run if he can to support strikers, holding position on edge of box.

Wide man rather than pressing forward, lays off ball to defender who has continued his run forward wide and looks to cross the ball after moving into the channel from deeper. Early cross looking to catch out defenders on turn.
Midfielder continues run if he can to support strikers, holding position on edge of box.
