Organization: Quarter field at Pine Glen. Two large goals; Two 8*8 "free zones" set up on either side of the GK box of both large goals. Supply of balls beside each goal.
Activity: Regular 7v7 game (each team plays 1-2-3-1). Only restriction is that attackers cannot be challenged in the free zones whilst in possession. Encourage use of the zones to create space/width /opportunities. Reward a goal with possession from the team's GK. Manage subsitutions. Restarts are always with GK of the team that did not lose the ball.
Progression:
Limit time in the free zone to 2-3 seconds.
Remove the free zones.
Coaching Points:
1. Dispersal - create width in attack.
2. Positive touch forward. Open body position - receive on back foot.
3. Movement into space.
5. Timing of runs/passes.

Organization: 50*40 field (Quarter field at PG). Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 3 teams - Play 6v6 (including GK) King's Court. LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-1-2. Perhaps some coaching over, but otherwise allow for free play. Winning team stays on. Teams manage substitutions.
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.

Set Up: 18-yard box; 5*5 grid just outside the semi circle. Supply of balls outside the small grid.
Players: everyone - 3 teams. 2 GKs.
Description:
Fun shooting activity. Timed activity wherein players on a team have 3 minutes to score as many goals as possible. Everyone touches the ball - sequence includes a pass across the grid, layoff, shot. Players rotate to ensure everyone does all 3 roles.
Every 3 minutes rotate the teams. Total goals wins. Resting players MUST ensure the shooting team never runs out of balls. If they do run out, resting team is deducted 3 points.

Warm Up - Ball & Player Movement (10 mins)
Organization: 20*20 grid with a 10*10 smaller grid inside. Balls at opposite corners. One player on each corner of the middle grid. Remaining players divided evenly at the corners of the larger grid.
Activity: Passing activity - pass & follow your pass.
Sequence #1: pass, pass, pass dribble back yo start (as illustrated).
Sequence #2: pass, pass, pass, play to next corner & continue sequence (as illustrated).
Coaching Points:
Open up - receive on back foot.
Weight/accuracy of the pass.
Movement off the ball (especially for middle players).
