Warm-Up (10 mins)

Band Progressions: Side steps x 10 each way / Back pedal / forward kicks x 10 / backward kicks x 10 (repeat with other leg) / Monster walk / Fire hydrant x 10 / Squat jumps x 10.

Dynamic Warm-up: Players perform sport specific movements to prepare the body for activity (increase blood flow and muscle temperature).

Receiving / Turning: Players pass / receive ball in groups of 4/5. - Follow pass.

1) Receiving and pass with inside of same foot (Two touch).

2) Receive and pass with opposite foot. (Two touch).

3) Receive with inside, touch with outside & pass (all with same foot -3 touches)

4) Receive - roll across + pass.

5) Receive & turn & cut it back Different Service 

6) Two Touch - Inside bend 

7) Two Touch - Outside bend 

8) Two-three Touch - Chipped ball 

9) directional touch or 1v1 move with pressure

TOTAL PLAYERS: 15 (8v6 + Neutral /Target)

RED (#'s) team formation: 3-3. Blue team formation: GK-4-3

TIME: 20 Minutes. Ratio: 4 minutes / 1 minute (x3)  

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS

Blue Team: 1 pt - score in mini goals / 1 pt - Finding Yellow Target.

Red (#) team: 1 pt - score in large goal.

Red (#) can use Yellow Neutral to play out / keep possession.

Activity starts with Yellow GK (ball is reset if goes out of bounds).

TOTAL PLAYERS: 13 (4v4v4 + 1 Neutral)

TIME: 24 Minutes. Ratio: 3 minutes / 1 minute (x6)  

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS: 

Team in possession aim to make 3 passes before playing to the other side (1 pt).

Attacking team must stay in there half / Neutral can move anywhere.

If defending team wins possession they can score in mini goal (2 pts)
