King/Queen of Ring
Technical Focus: Dribbling/Control with change of direction
Explanation:
The attackers are dribbling around in the ring. The defender is chasing the attackers and tries to steal the ball from an attacker. If the defender steals the ball he will pass the ball outside the ring. The attacker who lost the ball will get his ball and starts a technical skill (Toe Taps, Boxing Touches, Rolls, etc) outside of the ring then can go into the ring and become a defender. The player who will be the last attacker is the "KING OF THE RING".
Coaching Tips
Keep the ball close so you can keep it away from the defender. When the defender is near, shield the ball and dribble away from the defender changing direction.
