Rules
Only neutral (Blue) players are allowed to be on the outside.
The neutral players have to pass into the CM, furthest back (6).
One player has to be in the deepest area to the receive the ball.
Aims:
Players will try and get the ball from one side to another to score points.
Creating a triangle in midfield to be able to develop combination play.
Being able to penetrate the passing by splitting the defenders (create passing lanes).
Trying to use the (wide players) as a bounce pass to try and use the overload on offer.
Progressions
The ball is not allowed to go over head height to stop long lofted passes.
Neutral players are only one touch.
3 points can be awarded if the fullbacks meet the pass in the shaded area.
Key Factors
Creating the diamond 4 in midfield to drag opposition to create space.
Rotation of the midfield 4 to try and get on the ball.
Receiving the ball the best way to try and get the ball out wide early.
Movement on the ball to try and one space for split passes.
Quality of pass to try and get the fullbacks involved.
One player to come deep when the other furthest player stays high to pin point to their defenders.
The Highest player of the opposite side of the pitch to try and go high to occupy but then will leave space for 2 players in the deeper half.

The blue cones are a reminder to swing the ball wide if the game allows it.
The goal of the game is to swing the ball wide to score
Outside goals are worth two and the inside goal is worth one
Progression
If the middle net is scored of from a centering pass to a player that is in front of the net, the point is worth 3.
