Turning under pressure -
30x20 (same outside area as before), 4 players on the outside of area with a ball each.
6 players in the middle, 3 attackers and 3 defenders
Attackers look to move towards players on the outside to receive ball, turn and then find another person on the edge without a ball to lay it off to. Defenders to apply pressure.
Switch Attackers to Defenders, rotate feeders regularly

30x20, 5 a side, small gate goals at either end, 2 more in the middle of the edges.

Middle goals come into play (either side can use both). This means they have three potential goals to score in. If they are blocked off can the player turn and pass/dribble towards another target?
Can the player dribble through a goal gate turn and come back into play (scores 2)?

Technical (15 mins)
Turning -
10 players (in pairs), cone either side with gate in the middle (20 - 30 yds across)
1 player per pair at position 1, their partner at position 2.
Player 1 passes to Player 2 and follows his pass (slow jog) to position 2.
At the same time Player 2 receives the pass and performs a turn before dribbling to position 3.
At position 3 they will perform another turn and play to partner at position 2
Repeat in the opposite direction with players having 2 turns per repetition

Identify the type of turn to perform (inside of foot, outside, sole, Cruyff)
Arms out for balance, knees bent
Change direction at pace - to surprise your opponent
