One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Two players perform the exercise at the same time
2. Big touch out of feet to get throught the box. High wave in the box. Pass to the next player once you leave the box.
3. Chance direction and foot after 2 minutes.
4. Create a competition. Who can get though the most boxes between two groups of 4 players.
Coaching Points:
1. Identification of space behind defender.
2. Positive 1st touch (out of feet at an angle)
3. Smaller touches on the ball (use of pinky toe to dribble the ball) “Like Messi”
Ronaldo touch (Head to come up)
Protect the ball (Ball on the ouside)

Organization/ Instructions:
1. Two lines
2. Ball starts with middle player who dribble though the box and performs the high wave, takes the ball down the line and gets the cross in.
3. Second player overlaps the dribbler and makes though the opposite box before looking for first time finish.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to find teammeate and play the correct cross.
2. Timing of runn off the ball so you are not waiting.
