- Two poles acting as defenders, with feeders in front as a starting position.
- Two goalkeepers if possible, rotating every one, two, or three shots.
- Each time the feeder becomes the finisher, the receiver gets the ball and joins the opposite queue.
Two sets of players, two scenarios; playing inside & outside;
- Scenario 1; The ball is played wide of the defender to receive, played back into the player's path behind the defender, the feeder then meets the ball & shoots.
- Scenario 2; The ball is played inside of the defender to receive, played back into the player's path wide of the defender, the feeder then meets the ball & shoots.

- Two sets of players starting opposite each other & two GK's.
- The ball starts from either side, constantly passing to each other.
- On the coach's command, the ball is left dead and each player runs to a chosen side.
- A ball is played out from the GK to each player and they take a shot, swapping queues each time.
- As soon as the previous player has left the ball dead, the other players begin to pass constantly.
Progression
- Strike without any touches.
- Different ways of shooting i.e. fooling the GK

- Three stations with one GK, which can be rotated with another.
- Always one waiting at stations 2 & 3, the rest of the players behind 1.
- The player at the first station is to take a shot from a dead ball or with one touch.
- That player then becomes a defender as station 2 brings the ball into play for a 1v1.
- Station 3 player brings the ball into play and creates a 2 v 1, with the defender as the original player from station 1.
- All players move onto the next station after having their turn, to become a waiting player until they are first in line. Station 3 starts again at station 1.

- Movement off the ball to take a shot when 2 v 1

- Four poles representing defenders, two coach feeders & one GK to be rotated.
- Three starting points, each player moves onto the next starting point (left to right) after having an attempt on goal.
- The feeder plays the ball through close to the defenders, into the path of the attacker who takes a directional touch away and shoots after a touch or two.
- The ball is played through and in front of different defenders each time, despite the starting point. It is not necessarily played into the attacker's feet.
Progression
- Different types of passing i.e. elevated
- Repace some of the poles with a player defender who is rotated.

- The feeder plays the ball towards the attacker, who is positioned close to the defenders. The attacker takes a directional touch away and shoots after a touch or two.
- The ball is played in front of different defenders each time to get the attacker to react, despite the starting point. It is not necessarily played into the attacker's feet.

- Two scenarios, cutting out & cutting out.
- The players begin at the starting points around half-way, dribbling the ball out and cutting in and shooting the first time around, and then as instructed by the coach, change to cut out and shoot.
- Players to swap queues after each attempt to give a variety of both sides.
Progression
- Move the defender into different positions for different shooting angles
- Pass played in front to run onto
- Add a defender to jockey

- Four poles representing opposition players, rotating GK's & two stations to receive & feed.
- The first player starts between the two sets of poles, receiving the ball on the move from the feeder. A one-two combination is played, to which afterwards the attacker reacts to meet a ball played into the box by a coach feeder, taking turns feeding on each side.
- Once the attacker has an opportunity to score, they join the back of the feeder queue. The player feeder takes their starting position and the practice continues.
Progression
- Different types of balls fed into the box i.e. elevated, bouncing & etc.
- A rotating defender to challenge the attacker.

- Reaction to meet the ball
- Positioning & timing of run to meet the ball
- Letting the ball come across the body or timing of front foot shot

- Four poles representing opposition players, rotating GK's, two feeding coaches & one starting station.
- The first player starts around half-way. The player reacts to the pass made by either coach feeder, receiving the ball where it is played and either passing back or going past a pole to make the pass. The decision is given to the player, depending on where the pass is made and received, which is mixed up by the feeders to challenge players.
- After the one-two combination is played, the attacker reacts to meet a ball played into the box by a feeder, taking turns feeding on each side again.
- Once the attacker has an opportunity to score, they join the back of the feeder queue. The next player then takes part, continuously.
Progression
- Different positions for the opposition players (poles).
- Different types of balls fed into the box i.e. elevated, bouncing & etc.
- A rotating defender to challenge the attacker.

- Decision to pass straight back or carry the ball
- Type of control/ receiving of the ball

- The ball is played from the feeder, into the first player who breaks away from his marker.
- The ball is then played into the second player who takes a directional touch or first time pass into the attacker on the cone.
- Once the pass is made, the attacker reacts to meet the ball, which is laid off into the path of the attacker who shoots.
- The player to lay-off joins the players waiting, each other player follows their pass.

Body Adjustment
- Two poles representing defenders, two GK's & two stations, receiving and feeding.
- The ball is fed into the striker who then comes to meet the ball (1), plays it back & spins off the defender into a position where they can control it (2) & take a shot at goal (3).
- The feeder then joins the receiver queue, the player who has just received and had a shot joins the feeder queue.
- Swapping keepers every couple/ few attempts at saving the shot.
- Giving instructions to try both sides of the defenders.
