Session Set-up:
Two triangles will be set up with a smaller triangle on the inside and a larger triangle set up on the outside.
Session:
Players will short pass the ball with the person closest to them and will play in one touch maintaining control. When the coach calls change, players on the inside will run clockwise to the next spot.
Progression:
Players will after making their pass, will move the cone on either their inside or outside, this will reduce their time to adjust their body shape to receive the ball - players will also now need to scan before receiving the ball to ensure a player is in position ready to receive.
Number Contingencies:
If more than 6 players, have more than one player at a cone and players when they move will rotate turns.

Session Set-up:
Two triangles will be set up with a smaller triangle on the inside and a larger triangle set up on the outside.
Session:
Players on the outside will pass the ball to the player on the inside and receive it back ahead in space, the player on the outside will then play the ball down the line and drop back to their cone. This will give players the opportunity to focus on their weight of pass and their movement to step into the ball to play it down the line.
Progression:
The first player who starts the session will follow their pass, after that any player who touches the ball will move to a cone that is free. If there is no cone free which will happen, players will need to follow their pass - this should encourage players to keep watching and be aware of other player's positions to know where they are moving after their pass and if they need to follow.
Number Contingencies:
If more than 6 players, The player on the outside will follow their pass the players on the inside will rotate around with each other and the coach will call a time to switch the players on the inside and outside.

Session Set-up:
Two triangles will be set up with a smaller triangle on the inside and a larger triangle set up on the outside. This triangle session will require 7 or more players.
Session:
Players on the outside will pass the ball to the player on the inside and receive it back ahead in space, the player on the outside will then play the to the next cone and the player on the inside will follow the ball whilst the player on the outside will drop inside. This should allow players to mimic movements of a "3rd Man" and think about how to support the player receiving the ball with their movement.
Progression:
The Player who is running from the inside will now combine with the player who receives the ball in a quick 1-2 pass.
Number Contingencies:
If more than 7 players, the session will not be affected and can have more than one player at a cone.
