Birds Nest
Children will be split into teams; each behind a different coloured cone.
One at a time, each team member will perform a different movement pattern (jog, skip, high knees) to get to the circle - which holds the 'eggs' - in the middle.
When they get a football, they must pass it back to their next teammate from their coloured cone in the middle. They will then jog back and join the back of their queue.

- Use the inside of the foot.
- Tummy should be facing the player receiving the ball.
- Use arms to keep balanced.
Progressions / Adaptations
Progressions: Teams are allowed to 'steal eggs' from other teams. ONLY ONE AT A TIME THOUGH.
Adaptations: Decrease the distance that players need to pass to.
