2v1 Attacking
Objective:
Introduce Attacking in game like situations working with teammates
Setup:
Set up a small pitch with two attackers and one defender. The two attackers attempt to work together to beat the defender and score. The defenders objective is to delay the attackers from scoring.
Rotate defenders every 5 minutes.
Progression:
Introduce a second defender after a set time to teach transition from 1v1 to 2v2 defending.
Limit touches on the ball to encourage quick thinking.

3v3 Small-Sided Game
Objective:
Apply attacking concepts in a realistic, game-like situation, with a focus on team play.
Setup:
Set up a small-sided field (20x15 meters) with two goals. Teams of three attack and defend against each other. Encourage passing, movement, and using the width of the field. Add a rule where a goal only counts if all players on the attacking
team touch the ball in the build-up play.
Progression:
Limit the number of touches or introduce a time constraint for scoring to
encourage quicker decisions.

1. Passing, Dribbling and Moving
Objective:
Introduce the concept of moving into space with the ball or after passing to support team play.
Setup:
4 cones set out diagonally 10-15 yards apart. Players will firstly dribble from one cone to the other and stop the ball. Keep going till all players have dribbled to a new position. Encourage lots of communication.
Progression:
1.Players will now pass the ball before running to the next cone, again lots of communication. Allow a few rotations before next progression
2.Combinations. Players will play a 1-2 before the move to the next cone. Communicate
3.Players must use weak foot
4. Add more than 1 ball
