Organization:
Two grids, each 30 x 25. Each grid has a 5 yard end zone at either end.
Each grid has 2 teams of 3 or 4 players each
Use size 1 balls
Intsructions:
The team in possession must attempt to score by running with the ball into the opponent's end zone without being tagged. If the ball carrier is tagged, she must stop running with the ball and make a pass to a supporting player. The opposing team takes possession if the ball is dropped or is intercepted.
Coaching Points:
Support as the ball travels, create space

Organization:
12 players divided into 3 teams
Pinnies and balls
See diagram for equipment and set-up (endzones are 8 to 10 yards deep)
Set a half field retreat line
Instructions:
The team in possession plays out from the back and try to score by passing the ball to the end zone player. If ball is kicked out of play, the opposition wins possession and plays out of the back. The third team will be used as end-zone players. Each game will be played for about 5 minutes.
Progression:
Limit touches on the ball
Coaching Points:
Movement with and without the ball to create space
Good 1st touch out in direction and away from pressure
Know the next play before receiving ball
Patience with the ball to find the pass to the target player

POTB Passing Pattern (10 mins)
Setup:
10 players
Cones to mark points A to F
Distance A to B and E to F = 15 yards or wider depending on passing strength
Distance C to D = 10 yards
Distance B to E = 30 yards
Instructions:
The passing pattern starts with A passing to B as both players move up the area. B dribbles before passing to C, with C passing with a one touch to D. Player D checks off the cone and passes with a one or two touch to A, who has run up the field. A dribbles a few yards and then switches the play with a diagonal pass to E. Once all players have gone through the drill, the play starts with E passing to F and the sequence repeats as before. Switch C and D with new players before E and F starts the sequence.
Coaching Points:
Passing with good weight and direction.
Open body position based on next play.
Switch sides so players know how to play from the left CB as well.
Explain that CB usually stay back and the wide players are FBs, who work the wings.
