Player will move through stations in order (1, 2, 3)

1) Player 1starts with ball at their feet, take a touch to their preferred side, and shoots with power

2) Player 2 feeds a ball on the ground to player 1 who finesses a shot with first touch

3) Player 3 tosses a ball in the air between the six yard box and penalty for player 1 to head on target.

All players then rotate in order (1 > 2 > 3)

Coach plays ball to the field, either in the middle or favoring one side.

Players then play 1v1 to the 2 goals one the opposite side.

Start by only playing in one ball at a time, then you can move to 2 balls at a time if the pace is too slow.

When blue shoots, he must immediately defend a new white player who attacks with a new ball.

The previous white player must leave the field and go to the back of the line.
