1v1 (domination, shielding, turning under pressure without loss of field vision)

Set up:

4 players (2 Targets, 1 Attacker, 1 Defender) in 10x15 yard box

Scoring:

Create space, lose your marker, receive, turn and pass to upfield target to get a point.

Points:

Use strength and physicality as well as quickness, deception and mobility. This should be a physical exercise! Lower hips, stiff-arm arm out, play physically, twist/turn and be deceptive on the ball.

Positional Game

6v6+3 Positional Possession in 30yW x 35yL (use 4v4+3 or 5v5+3 if needed)

Setup:

- 2 x 10 min bouts

- Put extra balls around outside to keep play moving. Kick in after ball out of touch.

- Move the fluently from one target to the other. Win the ball immediately after losing it.

- Unlimited touches, except for two outside targets who are on 2-touch max.

- Organize players positionally.

- If two either of the outside targets are taking too much time on the ball or the ball is dying at their feet, allow the defending team to leave the box to pressure them after their first touch.

In Defense:

Focus on intense collective pressure the moment we've lost it. One player will be resting - push him!

Win the ball within 4 passes!

Multi-task, pressure the ball while clogging a passing lane.

In Posession:

Focus on body position, scanning before receiving, movement, precise execution and collective passing choices (inside-outside play).
